Dear Ivan:

I can’t write goodbye and thanks mails to workmates of overseas department, but you. Thank you for everything you make to me in those days. You are not only a leader, but a friend to me and I learn a lot from you. I admire your mode how to deal with works, but I make some recommendations to you. In regard to my above-mentioned proposal, please give due consideration and feedback. 

Never again clutter your days and nights with so many unimportant works. Please kindly pay more attention to your healthy and your beloved. No more busy work. No more hiding your affection. Leave time, leave space, to grow, to figure out what are you really wish for.

I hope you can receive a further education to open up your mind and change some ways to thinking. Don’t let the diploma be a block in your career.  

Learn how to be a leader and some skills about management, systematically and canonically. There is no denying that you deal with the relationships with underling as not well as you handle affairs.
